How to relax and not stress this year.

The new year has started with a hiss and a bang. It is easy to let things get on top of us and get stressed and worried. However this is not necessary.

Things You'll Need:

  • Several candles
  • incense sticks by your own taste
  • nice relaxing music you love to listen
  • one yoga mat

    Take your time to play your favorite relaxing music. Light several candles. Light an insence stick.

    Place your yoga mat and sit on it. You don't have to sit precisely in the yoga position, if you can not. Sit in a very good position to feel calm and relaxed.

    Take deep breaths.

    While breathing think about a place or person you love. Let your mind be your guide to pleasant images. Imagine a flying bird. Imagine beautiful nature.

    Exhale chasing all negative emotions and thoughts away.

  6. Inhale thinking about something nice you intend to do in a near future.


  7. Exhale thinking what nice person you are. Imagine you are spreading joy and harmony around you.
